Apply for a Suite

Choose the suite you're interested in and complete the form below. After you submit, we review your application and follow up directly with next steps. Nothing you enter here will need to be re-entered.

1. Apply Online

Pick your suite and complete the short application below.

2. Send Your Documents

Email a front & back photo of a valid state or federal ID for each business owner, plus proof of address (such as a utility bill or vehicle registration), to vw@vicwilliams.com or jd@azcommercialspace.com.

3. Approval, Lease & Keys

Once you're approved, sign your month-to-month agreement. When it's signed and your payment is processed, we grant you building access.
